Great staff that helped out with issues I had with payment via my credit card and with all that I needed for a comfortable and chillax stay with my friends. Me and my guests felt as if we had some type of special treatment there as we had no problems with any of the staff there while staying there 4 days past my original 3 day stay as work continued longer than expected. Thanks to all those who made it comfortable during my stay especially the wonderful and beautiful staff in the morning and a special shot out to Ray, a cool bude working the graveyard shift who made it all possible being that he saw how tired I was and was able to help me out with getting a good night's rest. Thanks bro for looking out I really do appreciate your effort in making it a great stay !

I liked that the manager called my room after I checked in, to see if I liked the room. That was a nice personal touch. And the staff was very professional and attentive to requests. I prefer to cook my own meals, so I enjoyed having the kitchen. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. And everything worked great, I also had a view of the pool; which was nice. It was VERY peaceful and quiet there. Which was great for working. There was literally no noise. The price was unbeatable. And the location in north Austin kept me away from all the noise downtown; but was still close enough to travel there to see all the great live music. As a business traveler, I highly recommend staying here. When I am back in Austin, I will definitely stay there again.

Nice and Peaceful The Rooms Almost Feel like a little studio apartment which gives them that homey feeling. The Manager Brittany White Really Does Care About The Guest Comfortability & She’s Does A Great Job Handling Guest Complaints In A Professional Matter How A Real Boss Should.

the welcoming staff and the homey environment.. working vending machines and washers that actually clean.. and i appreciate the breakfast in the morning and the fact that it is actually quiet at night

Room was quite large and spacious. Clean, no bugs. Bathroom was clean. Room didn't have a smell although I always take incense with me. Fridge was cold. Didnt use microwave or oven.

I liked everything I experienced with my stay. I was rushing in and out each day so I never had the opportunity to see what the "On-The-Go" continental breakfast was like.
